Deleting cookies and cache in Chrome

For:  students    employees

If you experience login problems in the Chrome browser, for example with Webmail, this may be due to cookies or the cache. This user guide will help you delete cookies and the cache in Chrome, enabling you to log in.

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the 3 vertical dots ⁝ in the top right corner.
  3. Select Delete browsing data....
  4. In the Time range drop-down menu, select All time.
  5. Enable:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  6. Click Delete data.
