Deleting cookies and cache in Firefox

For:  students    employees

If you experience login problems in the Firefox browser, for example with Webmail, this may be due to cookies or the cache. This user guide will help you delete cookies and the cache in Firefox, enabling you to log in.

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the menu icon ☰ in the top right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Privacy & Security on the left.
  5. Scroll down to the History options.
  6. Click Clear History....
  1. Select Everything at the top of the drop-down menu.
  2. Activate:
    • Cookies and site data
    • Temporary cached files and pages
  3. Click Clear.
