Deleting cookies and cache in Opera

For:  students    employees

If you experience login problems in the Opera browser, for example with Webmail, this may be due to cookies or the cache. This user guide will help you delete cookies and the cache in Opera, enabling you to log in.

  1. Open Opera.
  2. Open the Menu via the Opera icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select History – Clear browsing data.
  4. In the Time range drop-down menu, select All time.
  5. Activate:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  6. Click Clear data.
