Surveys

The ZID regularly carries out evaluations of its services. Students and employees of the University of Vienna are asked about their satisfaction with the IT services offered by the ZID and about the awareness and use of the IT services. 

Satisfaction survey 2021

From the 6 September to 18 October 2021, the ZID repeated its online survey of all students and employees of the University of Vienna for the third time about their satisfaction with the ZID's IT services and their use.

Satisfaction survey 2019

From 4 April to 7 May 2019, the ZID repeated its online survey of all students and employees of the University of Vienna for the second time about their satisfaction with the ZID's IT services and their awareness and use.

Satisfaction survey 2017

On the basis of the 2014 survey, from 3 April to 2 May 2017, the ZID carried out an online survey of all students and employees of the University of Vienna about their satisfaction with the ZID's IT services as well as their awareness and use.

Satisfaction survey 2014

From 7 April to 11 May, the ZID carried out an online survey of all students of the University of Vienna.
