Receiving a new sim card

At the end of April, the University of Vienna will change its business phone provider from A1 to Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH (Drei for short). If you use your business phone with a physical SIM card, you will receive a new SIM card from Drei. 

If you use your business phone with an eSIM, you do not need to do anything at this time.

The SIM card issuing process is complete. If you have not yet received a new SIM card, please contact your IT representative.

 Note

If you do not pick up your new SIM card, you will no longer be able to use your business phone after porting (expected date: end of April) and will no longer be reachable on your business phone.
