Die Supporteinrichtungen des ZID stehen in den Osterferien zu folgenden Zeiten zur Verfügung:
- Schriftlich: Montag–Freitag 8:00–16:00 Uhr
- Telefonisch: Montag–Donnerstag 10:00–14:00 Uhr
Von Karfreitag, 10.04. bis inklusive Ostermontag, 13.04.2020 sind die Supporteinrichtungen nicht erreichbar.

For the Easter holidays the following service times apply to the support services of the ZID:
- In writing: Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00
- By telephone: Monday–Thursday 10:00–14:00
The support services will not be available from Good Friday, 10.04. to Easter Monday, 13.04.2020.
