This will require a service interruption from Wednesday, 15 November 2023, 14:00 to Thursday, 16 November 2023, 8:00. During this time, the Servicedesk (agent portal and customer portal) and the Jira software will not be available. Service desk requests received by e-mail during this time will be saved and can be processed after the interruption.

Jira projects and tasks will be available in the Servicedesk agent portal from Thursday, 16 November 2023.
