ZID Helpdesk

The ZID Helpdesk gives general information on the services of the ZID and helps members of the University of Vienna with their university-specific IT problems. It supports users in managing their u:account and password. Furthermore, it takes on reports about maintenance work and service interruptions and shares their information.

 Note

Due to data protection laws the ZID Helpdesk can’t give information about personal data (example: password) by telephone.
