The database of the i3v administration software will be upgraded on Friday, 08.08.2025, from 09:00 to approximately 13:00. During this time, some IT services will not be available to users:
- u:space
- i3v client
- Mobility Online
Numerous other services that access data in i3v will also be affected by this maintenance work. These services will be only partially available during this period and include, among others:
- u:find: Data will not be updated
- u:card: Ordering and validating the u:card will not be possible
- Moodle: Interfaces to i3v will not be available (e.g. grading)
- Alma: New or changed user data will not be transferred
- Doxis: New users cannot be created; processes that require the i3v database are not available
- Data Warehouse: Loading processes may be affected
