February-March 2019: Partial closures of the computer rooms

From February to March 2019, the computer rooms in Neues Institutsgebäude (NIG) will have restricted access.

The rooms will be closed due to the installation of a connection to the Fernkältenetz (district cooling) of Wien Energie. This solution provides a climate friendly air conditioning service during the summer months.

  • 04.02.-23.02.2019: Computer Rooms 1 & 3 closed
    Computer Room 2 is available during the normal opening hours.
  • 25.02.-09.03.2019: Computer Room 2 closed
    Computer Rooms 1 & 3 are available during the normal opening hours.
