Finding out your operating system version

This user guide will help you find out which version of Windows or macOS you are using.

Windows

1. Open the Start menu by clicking on the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Enter Windows specifications in the search bar.
3. Click the corresponding search result to display the version of your Windows operating system.

macOS

1. Click on the Apple icon in the menu bar at the top left of the screen.
2. Select the About This Mac entry.
3. The macOS version is displayed in the window that appears.
