This user guide will help you to install EndNote.

 Hinweise

  • The software is not free. You can order it from  AcadCloud.
  • Close all programs before the installation, especially Microsoft Office programs. This way you can avoid problems when installing plugins.
  • If you have downloaded the software in a ZIP archive, unpack the files to your hard disk before the installation. To do so, copy the files in the ZIP archive to a folder on your hard disk or right-click the ZIP file and select Extract All ...

Windows

  1. Unpack the ZIP file EndNote21_win.zip.
  2. Run the file EN21Inst.exe and install the program as written in the software's manual.
  3. Enter the product key that you have received with the purchase of the software from AcadCloud.

macOS

  1. Unpack the ZIP file EndNote21_mac.zip.
  2. Open the file EndNote21SiteInstaller.dmg.
  3. Double click the installation file Install EndNote 21 and run the installation according to the manual of the software. The licensing of EndNote takes place automatically with the installation.
