Recovering deleted data
This user guide helps you to recover deleted data on centrally managed PCs.
- Share drives and Y drive: Please note the information under Recover data.
- Z drive: Please contact the ZID Helpdesk and indicate the exact name and storage location (folder) of the file as well as the exact or approximate date it was deleted.
- Local storage: A centralised recovery is not possible. Check the recycle bin. In case you have enabled AutoSave in the Office applications, check the respective storage locations.
