This user guide will help you to clear cookies and cache in the Internet Explorer browser. This can be helpful if you experience login problems.

Clear Cookies and Cache

Go to the Menu and open History – Clear browsing data.

Select All time in the period options and activate the following:

  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cached images and files

Click Clear data.
