Only heads of organisational units or IT representatives can register a share. The service is subject to a charge.

Registering a share

Requirement: You must be the head of an organisational unit or an IT representative.

Use the form Registering a share (in German).

The allocation is made via the global cost center of the organisational unit.

Note

You can find an overview of the shares and their current storage space which you have been assigned to as an administrator at administrating share.

Deregistering a share

  1.  Please backup the data you need in the future elsewhere. The data on the share, including its backups, will be deleted after cancellation of the service.
  2. The head of the organisational unit, the IT representative or the share administrator must request deregistration using the form Share – Share deregistering (in German).
