Accessing Moodle course
Requirements
- Active u:account for students
- The course uses Moodle – recognisable in u:find by the Moodle link
- For course registration via u:space: you have the status registered for the course in u:space
- A lecturer or tutor has activated the course
- Search for the desired course in u:find.
- Click the Moodle link at the course.
Detailed user guide
- Search for the desired course in u:find. To do this, click through the study plan or search for the course title.
- Click the Moodle link at the course.
- You will be automatically redirected to the Moodle course and will be able to view the content. If you have not yet been activated for the course, you will receive further information via the link.
Possible status messages
The teachers or tutors have not yet activated the course for students. It is therefore not yet available to you.
You will be able to access the Moodle course as soon as it becomes available. Alternatively, you will get more information about the access in the course.
Check your registration status in u:space. Does it say registered? If not, register for the course. If you have questions about the registration system in u:space, please contact your StudiesServiceCenter or StudiesServiceUnit.
If you have had the status registered in u:space for more than a day and other students can already access the Moodle course, there may be a technical error. Contact the Moodle support with your student ID number and the course number.
- Click Enrol me.
- You will be redirected to the desired Moodle course. If you need to enter an enrolment key, you will receive it from your lecturers during the first few sessions at the latest.
