Signing as an external user

This user guide will help you to sign a document with u:sign without being a registered u:sign user yourself.

You will be notified by e-mail when you have received a request to sign.

Open the e-mail and click on Go to document.

The document opens in the browser. You see the placeholder for your signature.

Click on Sign.

Enter your ID Austria. Then click on Identify.

Confirm the signature in the way you have chosen.

Note

If you carry out the signature process entirely on your mobile device, it is mandatory that you return to u:sign after confirming the signature. Otherwise the signature will not be applied and the document will not be processed further.

The system indicates that you have successfully signed.

You will be notified by e-mail when the job is colsed and all signatures have been provided.

Open the e-mail and click on Go to document.

The document opens in the browser. Click on the download sign to download and save the document.
