Setting up e-mail account for Exchange

For:   employees

These user guides will help you set up the forwarding of your e-mails to Exchange.

Requirements

  • Your organisational unit uses the Exchange service.
  • You are currently in the active staff list of the University of Vienna.
  • Your user ID has been activated for access by the Share administrator.

Note

Once forwarding is activated, no access to IMAP is possible. E-mails on the IMAP server can be saved beforehand.

Setting up forward to Exchange

  1. Open the Manage forwarding form.
  2. Place a tick next to Forward e-mails to the Exchange server.
  3. Click Enter.
