If you have any questions about the IT services of the ZID, please contact the ZID Helpdesk or one of our other support teams.

ZID Helpdesk

The ZID Helpdesk: 

  • gives general information on the services of the ZID
  • helps students, employees and guests of the University of Vienna with their university-specific IT problems
  • supports users in managing their u:account and password
  • takes on reports about maintenance work and service interruptions and shares their information

  • You can reach us best in writing via the Servicedesk or by e-mail.

    Processing: weekdays Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00

Due to data protection laws the ZID Helpdesk can’t give information about personal data (example: password) by telephone.
