Consumer’s right to withdraw from course registrations concluded via distance selling

You have the right to cancel your registration for an IT course within 14 days of registering for the course without giving any reason. The cancellation period lasts 14 days from the day of the registration confirmation. To exercise your right to withdraw, you must send a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail) to

informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the cancellation form provided in appendix A, but it is not mandatory. Please note that when withdrawing from this contract you must provide all data specified in the cancellation form to enable the reimbursement. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation: If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you as part of this contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. To process the reimbursement, you must provide the following account details:

• IBAN
• account holder

Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Loss of your right to withdraw if the course starts within 14 days of registration: If you requested us to start providing the service (holding the IT course) before the expiry of the cancellation period and we have fully provided this service, you lose your right to withdraw. This is the case, for example, if you register for a course within 14 days before the start of the course. If this is the case, before your registration is accepted, we will ask you to expressly confirm that you understand that you lose the right to withdraw from taking part in the course. If we have only provided part of the service, you must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you have informed us of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, compared to the total scope of the services specified in the contract.
