Installing Office apps on centrally managed PCs
This user guide will help you setting up Microsoft 365 desktop apps on a centrally managed PC.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 subscription plan
- Installing package Installing the Office apps on centrally managed PCs
Note
The Teams desktop app must be installed by yourself in any case. Use the user guide Installing Teams app.
Deinstalling desktop apps
After returning Microsoft 365 via the self-service portal, the software will be automatically uninstalled, with the exception of the Teams desktop app.
The uninstallation of the Teams desktop app must be carried out by users themselves:
- In the Start menu, right-click on the Microsoft Teams entry.
- Select the Uninstall entry in the context menu.
- The system control item Uninstall or change programme appears. Teams is already selected there.
- Click on the Uninstall entry at the top.
